Parent-operated family play
Frunny is intended for an adult parent or guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally able to agree to these terms and that you will supervise activities, assess your surroundings and make the final decision about what is appropriate for your child.
Not medical or professional advice
Frunny provides general play ideas. It does not provide medical, developmental, diagnostic, therapeutic, educational or other professional advice and does not promise an outcome. If you have concerns about a child’s health, safety or development, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Do not use an activity that appears unsuitable or unsafe.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in details and activity under your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Memberships
Paid features may be offered through monthly or annual subscriptions. Current price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer are displayed by the relevant app store before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the store account according to its terms. Deleting a Frunny account or removing the app does not itself cancel a store subscription.
Your content and private Moments
You retain responsibility for notes and photos you add. You confirm that you have the right to add and share them. Moments are private by default; when you use the device share sheet, you control the recipient and accept responsibility for that external sharing.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Frunny reliable, but features may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for supervision, materials, physical space and stopping play whenever needed.
Ending use, changes and applicable rights
You may stop using Frunny and request account deletion. We may update these terms as the product and applicable requirements change, and will publish the updated terms and effective date here. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country or region. Applicable disputes and remedies are governed by the laws that apply to TinyChuckles Solutions Private Limited and to you as a consumer.
