Delete inside the app
- Open Frunny and sign in.
- Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
- Open Privacy & account.
- Tap Delete account and review the explanation.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Request deletion without the app
Email care@tinychuckles.co.in with the subject “Frunny account deletion request.” You do not need to reinstall or open Frunny.
Tell us only the email address used for the Frunny account. For account security, we may need to verify that you control it. Do not send your password, payment information or unnecessary family details.
What deletion covers
The request covers the Frunny account and its associated child profiles, preferences, recommendation and play history, feedback, Journey records, Moment notes and private Moment photos, subject to any final disclosed legal or security retention requirement.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Frunny account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription through the store account used to purchase it. Store and payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations.
